I'm pleased to welcome now, Christopher Gaze, the Artistic Director of Bard on the Beach, Western Canada's premier Shakespeare festival, held each summer on the waterfront at Vanier Park here in Vancouver. It's the 16th season, and this year's productions are As You Like It, Love's Labour's Lost, Hamlet, and Tom Stoppard's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. The festival runs all summer with showings almost daily until Sunday, 25 September 2005.
